Black Book is an adventure game with turn-based tactical combat set in a dark setting of northern mythology. The young peasant woman Vasilisa is destined to become a witch. Acting against her fate, she decides to give up witchcraft and marry her lover. But her dreams are not destined to come true, which Vasilisa learned about when her betrothed tragically died under unclear circumstances. Unwilling to come to terms with the loss, Vasilisa receives the Black Book, an ancient artifact, which, according to myths, is so powerful that it will grant any wish of the brave one who opens all 7 seals of the Book.
